Thanks for the review, really good, we are in that cabin for my birthday in November. So very helpful. The last time we were on P and O was in 2005. Back then the balcony looked straight down into the sea, many none of the room offer this anymore.

We started going to Taylors farm shop last year after you mentioned it. We make the one hour round trip roughly every 6 weeks or so to restock the freezer. Thanks for that 👍

For the plantar, trust me had it in both feet in 2013 had to get around Disney, so painful, lived and died in crocs, as time went on moved into Skechers as well, rolled my feet on a tennis ball, and a tin of frozen peas, stand against a wall facing it with elbows to hands flat against it and face almost touch said wall with feet say 12” away, so you are stretching backs of legs, like the leaning tower of Pisa, then just before I went Disney in 2018 the plantar was ok, touch wood not had it back , do lots of feet flaps as well, just bending and straightening feet, I still do it now even though I haven’t got it. Flipping awful thing to have. You can get injection in feet for it as well, which I haven’t tried. Also walking barefoot helped mine, feet as natured intended. Good luck

It was good to hear your thoughts on all of the restaurants. Sindhu sounds great. We absolutely love a bit of room service on a cruise. We wondered about the drinks package for P&O our only thought was soft drinks but I think you are right when you have already paid for drinks on the ship it feels like you are wasting money to drink off the ship. All of your stops looked so fun! I dont think I would like a cruise with tons of sea days but I do like a couple of them. Hahaha the Gary Barlow hate made me laugh. I would like to do the Norway Iceland one but I think its on a much older ship. Alaska would be amazing!! xx

Thanks for this. I watched all the cruise vlogs too and this was a good balanced review. Never been on a cruise heading north as so far I've either done Med cruises or Carribbean cruises. Must say I would love a ffords cruise now on my ever increasing bucket list! Best wishes from Isle of Wight!

Glad you had a good time cruising, looks like we’ll be ships that pass in the night again in a couple of years time, we want to do the places you did and you want to do the place we did. Looking at your vlogs I think you definitely chose the better ship, ours was beautiful but too busy, not so busy on the Norway part, but manic on Brugge and Cherbourg, and food was just ok nothing to write home about. You definitely need to do Flam.

Delighted that you both enjoyed it. Having sailed on P&O many times and on Iona I think this is a such an accurate review of the ship, restaurants and bars. The only thing you missed out on was the 710 club which I genuinely think you would have both loved. I’m guessing the Gary Barlow association and the theming put you off. The band is made up of some seriously talented musicians who deliver an incredible sound in an intimate setting. If you enjoyed the busker you would most definitely love the 710 club band

The Adults only area is so nice. Having a pdf map is such a good idea we always just guess and hope for the best haha. The fog made it look very spooky. The Bird show looked interesting to watch while having a drink. I am glad you had an easy journey home we loved watching xx

Was swimming in our pool in the sea mist on the way home, twas lovely in the pool but glad I had a dri robe to put on when I got out. 🥶 great vlogs Norway was stunning. Sum up of MSC Virtuoso for us was Butlins on Steroids and tepid food, entertainment brill, staff brill, ship was stunning, crepes delicious, ice cream delicious, lack of seating and queues.

The only place we visited the same as you, we stopped off at that stone structure we was on an hop on off bus so we got off to take piccies, we went over to the cross (all 4 of us walked the same path down from the cross albeit on different days 😂😂😂) then was heading back to bus and he blimming drove off, we’d left our hoodies on there as well, so we had to wait for the next bus, cost us £36 each for the tour, but we did get our hoodies back from the kiosk at the port. I found the slight rocking of the ship made me tired as well, hubby couldn’t even feel it, 🤪.

I need to have a declutter of my crafty things but it always just leads to me crafting and making more of a mess. Aww outside cat was very vocal for his dinner xx

Its nice that they didnt completely fill the boat for your trip. You had some wonderful views of the fjords and a really nice view of the ship when you came back. Wow they had a lot of options for beer. The chips with the steak looked good. Norway is really magical we agree. xx

The views are just unreal! I love that they have the mountains on the glass so you can see which one is which. Oh my gosh! Those people jumping off are so brave! The waterfalls are really beautiful. Jon is so keen to try this gin he loves gin now. How cool that you saw the space station xx

Olden looked wonderful, those base jumpers are mental. Olden looks very pretty like Flåm was to us. We were up at 4 whilst sailing into flam, it took hours, we kept dozing and waking up, was showered by 7, had breakfast. Went for a sleep in afternoon. So so beautiful. Your boat doesn’t look as busy as ours. Are the meals all in the price of the cruise?
